The Bison management team recently partnered with Quantum Energy Partners (“QEP”) with a ~$500MM equity commitment to form Bison Oil & Gas IV, LLC (“Bison IV”). Bison IV is actively pursing a strategy to consolidate high quality, rural, oil and gas opportunities in the DJ Basin and greater Rocky Mountain Region.
