Bison Oil & Gas has partnered with Quantum Energy Partners (“QEP”) with a ~$500MM equity commitment to form Bison Oil & Gas IV, LLC (“Bison IV”). Bison IV is actively pursing a strategy to consolidate high quality, rural, oil and gas opportunities in the DJ Basin and greater Rocky Mountain Region.

Bison Oil & Gas IV operates in the DJ Basin of Colorado and Wyoming and currently operates over 285,000 net acres, 750 wells, and over 55,000 net BOE of production per day, making it the largest private company in the DJ Basin. Bison is a leading modern operator that strives to operate with the least possible impact to the environment and our surrounding communities.
