Bison’s mission statement is to “pursue value through responsible oil and gas development that ensures maximum benefits to both shareholders and stakeholders by operating smartly, ethically, responsibly, and on the cutting edge of technology”
Bison believes that in order to maximize our success, we need to ensure we embody strong work ethic, attention to detail, dedication to landowners, safe and clean operations, cooperation with all stakeholders, commitment to cutting edge technology, and willingness to go above and beyond the competition. We also hold a strong commitment to the betterment of the communities we live and work in.
Bison is committed to serving the communities that we live and work in. We do this not only by being responsible producers of oil and gas that support our standard of living, keep us warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and allow us to power all the comforts of modern life, we also are committed to being hands on and giving back.
Hands on activity
Bison focuses on being not only donors to great causes in our community, but also on volunteering time on at least a quarterly basis to give back by engaging in volunteer activities throughout our community.
"Being a Bison" involves not only hard work, honesty, creativity, ethics, talent, and action, it is also expected that all of our employees engage in actual activities that help our community. Our expectation is that Bison employees are engaged in their communities and exemplify what it means to be a Bison to all of those around us.
